1. Returns & Exchanges
(a) Size Exchange
Size exchanges may be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a size exchange, including the cost of sending the product back to Embro Artist and the applicable shipping cost for sending the replacement product.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
(b) Sale & Discounted Items
Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return or exchange and will be considered final sale.
(c) Returns Due to Product Quality
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
If the return is approved, the original shipping charges and applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
(d) Custom Orders
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized orders.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Unboxing Video Required
To help us verify claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers are required to record a clear and uninterrupted video while opening the package.
The video should clearly show the package, packaging condition, and product received.
Unboxing video evidence is required for damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims. Claims submitted without valid unboxing video evidence may not be eligible for processing.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and relevant photographs or videos when submitting your request.
Requests received after the 2-day period will generally not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Refunds
Once a return is reviewed and approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issue, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as:
Receiving an incorrect product
Receiving a damaged product
Receiving a defective product
Any applicable deductions will be communicated during the return/refund process.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
For approved returns or exchanges due to customer preference, such as size exchange or dissatisfaction with the product, applicable return and/or shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Where the issue is caused by an error on our part, such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, Embro Artist may cover the applicable shipping costs.
6. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
Be unused and unwashed
Be in its original condition
Have all original tags attached
Include the original packaging
Not show signs of damage, alteration, or use
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.
We recommend retaining the original packaging and tags until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Approval of a return, exchange, or refund is subject to verification of the product and compliance with the conditions mentioned in this policy.
